Dr. Bradley Black received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis and completed his residency at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Black's academic honors include memberships in Phi Eta Sigma, Alpha Epsilon Delta, Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Beta Alpha and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. Dr. Black is assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Louisville, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Black founded what is now Eye Associates in 1983. Through a caring and proficient approach to patient care, Dr. Black guided Eye Associates to become one of the leading medical and surgical eye care practices in the area. He maintains an Ophthalmic Surgical Center of Excellence. In practice for 20 years, Dr. Black specializes in anterior segment eye surgery and is one of the most experienced surgeons in the region.
